About Me

carme: Verona, Italy, Italy; I was born in Italy and that's the main reason why in my genes there is love for food, cooking, art and passion to live life fully. I have always been fascinated by the different possibilities we have to transform what the nature offers us to satisfy our hunger. During my wandering around the world i have been using my kitchen to explore diverse culinary traditions and to experiment recepes inspired by the local produce. Besides Italy i have been honoured to live in France, Spain, South Africa, the US and Denmark. I have also been curious about the energy power of food and its healing properties. For this reason I graduated as Health Coach at the Academy of Healing and Nutrition in NY. I'm looking forward to share with you my recepes, my cooking tips and healthy advices!
